If you want to delete your FDNY Mutual Tracker account and associated My Crew data, email us at fdnyscheduler@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
Please include the following in your message so we can process the request quickly:
When we process your request, we delete your account profile and associated My Crew data, including crew membership information, crew requests, and mutual-transfer records stored for that account.
We may retain limited records if required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, or if the data is needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the account ownership.
If you want to delete only some My Crew data without deleting the account, contact us and describe what you want removed. We’ll review the request and let you know what we can delete while keeping the app working.
